For those of you that don't already know, I have started a monthly(ish) podcast for my record label, Spearhead Records. This months one has just been put online so if you have iTunes, goto the iTunes store and search for BCee, then click subscribe for you free subscription to my podcast!
Also, a quick update on the teeth situation... I done something very stupid on tuesday and missed my appointment. I turned up at 17:30 instead of 17:00 and when the dental nurse said that I was half an hour late I pulled out my appointment card in disgust to show that I wasn't, only to slap it on the desk and see that I was in fact very very wrong and late! So I am off there again today. Happy days.
